At its heart, The Meatwave is about spending time outdoors with good food and great friends. During the warm months, there are regularly scheduled "Meatwaves" where we do just this. While the events themselves are limited to family and friends, they're such a crucial part of the soul of what I do that I lovingly recap and share each one for posterity here.
